Data Deletion Instructions

The Organic Buzz respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains exactly how to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

How to Request Deletion

To request that we delete your personal data, send an email to agent@theorganicbuzz.com with the following:

1. Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
2. Your full name as it appears on your account.
3. The email address associated with your account or purchase.
4. Any other identifiers that help us locate your data (order number, course username, Meta user ID if you connected via a Meta login, etc.).
5. A brief statement confirming that you are the data subject and that you wish to have your personal data deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, address).
• Onboarding inputs you submitted (offer details, ICP details, business details).
• Support conversations and communication history.
• Marketing audience data tied to your identifiers (custom audiences, lookalike seeds, retargeting lists on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Community membership records.

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Financial records: invoices, GST records, and payment data retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
• Anonymized analytics: aggregated, non-identifying usage data.
• Legal records: information needed to comply with a legal hold, defend a legal claim, or enforce our agreements.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. If we need additional time due to complexity or volume, we will inform you of the delay and the reason.

Deletion of Data via Meta Login

If you connected to any of our services using Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta product, you can also revoke our app's access directly from your Meta account:

1. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites on Facebook (or the equivalent on Instagram).
2. Locate “The Organic Buzz” in the list of connected apps.
3. Click Remove.

Removing the app revokes our access to your Meta data going forward. To also delete data we have already received, follow the email process above.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. After confirmation, you will no longer have access to any paid products, communities, or services tied to your account.

Cookies and Browser Tracking

To stop browser-level tracking by the Meta Pixel and similar tools on our websites, clear your browser cookies and use your browser's “Do Not Track” or ad-blocking features. You can also manage Meta's ad tracking on you through your Meta Accounts Center.
