Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing course logins or community access with non-paying individuals is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
All prices are listed on the relevant product page and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
For payment plans on our high-ticket DFY service, missed payments may result in suspension of services. Payment plans are non-cancellable; the full contract value remains due.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the course. To qualify, you must complete 100% of the course content and demonstrate genuine implementation effort. Refund requests must be submitted to agent@theorganicbuzz.com within 30 days of purchase.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If we fail to launch your cold email machine within 14 days of you completing onboarding and providing required inputs (domains, mailboxes, ICP details), you are entitled to a full refund.
We operate on a fixed monthly retainer model, and new engagements begin with a free pilot campaign so you can see the engine work before committing to a retainer. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings booked, or deals closed, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control (your offer, sales process, brand presence, etc.).
Consulting fees are non-refundable once a consulting call has been delivered. Unused calls may be rescheduled subject to availability.
All content provided through the Services - including course videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, automations, Claude Skills, SOPs, lead databases, and the Organic Buzz brand - is owned by or licensed to The Organic Buzz. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this content for your own business.

If you submit content to our community, support channels, or other Services (testimonials, questions, posts, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, meeting volume, or closing rates. Results depend heavily on your effort, market, offer, sales skills, and other factors outside our control.
Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not promises of similar results. We make no representations that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Organic Buzz, its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Organic Buzz and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any outbound campaigns you operate using systems we built or taught.
Our Services integrate with or recommend third-party tools (Clay, Apollo, n8n, Cal.com, Meta, Google, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
