This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites, purchase our services, or interact with our marketing.
By using our websites or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account & purchase information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment details (processed through secure third-party processors), GST/tax information where applicable.
- Onboarding information: business details, ideal customer profile, offer details, and other inputs you submit when using our done-for-you services.
- Communications: messages you send through our support chat, email, WhatsApp community, or any consultation calls.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, device type, browser, operating system, IP address, approximate geographic location.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use first-party and third-party cookies, web beacons, and pixels to operate our sites, remember preferences, measure performance, and serve relevant ads.
1.3 Information from Third Parties and Marketing Platforms
We use marketing platforms - including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube - to advertise our services and measure campaign performance. Through these platforms we may receive:
- Aggregated or hashed identifiers from the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, including event data such as page views, leads, purchases, and add-to-cart actions on our websites.
- Audience insights and campaign performance metrics from the Meta Marketing API, Google Ads, and similar advertising APIs connected to our ad accounts.
- Information from analytics, attribution, and CRM tools we use to manage our own marketing operations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our services and digital products.
- Process payments, deliver purchases, and provide customer support.
- Send transactional emails, course updates, support replies, and service-related notifications.
- Send marketing emails and promotional messages (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Measure and optimize our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Build lookalike and custom audiences for our own marketing through advertising platforms.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Meta Platforms Integration
We integrate with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp) for advertising and analytics purposes. Specifically:
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API: we deploy the Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API on our websites to track conversions, optimize ads, and build retargeting audiences for our own campaigns.
- Meta Marketing API: we access the Marketing API only to read data from our own Meta Ad Accounts (such as ad performance, pixel events, and audience insights) so we can monitor and optimize our advertising spend.
- WhatsApp: if you opt in to join our community, we may communicate with you on WhatsApp using your provided number.
We do not sell or share your personal data with Meta beyond what is required to operate our own pixel, ad campaigns, and Marketing API access. Meta's own use of any data it collects is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting, CRM, analytics, support tools, and similar vendors that help us run our business - under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Advertising platforms: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and similar platforms (limited to hashed identifiers and event data for ad measurement and audience building).
- Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (we will notify you of any change in ownership or control).
5. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you opt in to the IntentLedSales SMS program (operated by The Organic Buzz), we collect your phone number, your first name (if provided), and a record of your consent. We also store the date and time of your opt-in, the IP address used to submit it, and the exact consent language you agreed to, so we can keep these details as proof of consent.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent are ever shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use SMS aggregators and carriers only to deliver the messages you requested, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
- Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including Indian tax laws which may require retention of financial records for up to 8 years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
